Eric Schlett is the Executive Vice President of the Clarion Fire Rescue Group, bringing 24 years of experience in the fire service industry. His career began with Fire Engineering/FDIC at PennWell, where witnessing the events of 9/11 deeply influenced his professional path. Over the years, Eric has built strong relationships across the industry and played a key role in promoting products and services that enhance the safety and effectiveness of first responders.

Erin Moriarty is the Vice President of Sales with over 15 years of experience in the fire industry. As a former firefighter and seasoned expert in fire industry manufacturing, Erin leverages her deep knowledge and experience to strategically partner with manufacturers, helping them forge valuable connections and drive business growth.

Lauren Ocoma is the Group Vice President of Strategy & Commercial Development at Clarion Events Fire Rescue. Aaron Heller began his fire service career in 1984. He recently retired as a Deputy Chief in the Hamilton NJ Fire Department assigned to oversee the Training Division. Heller is a senior instructor with the Mercer County Fire Academy. He instructs and has been a presenter at several national, regional, and local training events throughout the United States and abroad. He is the owner of On Scene Training Associates, LLC.

Chief Ed Rice has 28 yrs. of Service with the District of Columbia Fire Dept. He started in the volunteer fire service in 1980 and has been involved with the Apparatus Committee in DC for 24 plus years as either a Union Representative or a Fire Department Representative. He is currently the Deputy Fire Chief of the Apparatus Division and is also an IAFC / EVMS (Emergency Vehicle Management Section) Eastern Division Board Member and Vice Chair of this section.

editor in chief of Fire Apparatus & Emergency Equipment, is a 31-year veteran of the fire service currently serving as a safety officer and is a former assistant chief with Weldon Fire Company (Glenside, PA). He has served on past apparatus and equipment purchasing committees. He has also held engineering officer positions, where he was responsible for apparatus maintenance and inspection. He has been a writer and an editor for more than 30 years.
