Due to the elevated COVID-19 threat level in the Tampa area, the FEMSA and FAMA Boards of Directors have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2021 Annual / Fall Conference, scheduled for September 21-24 at The Westin Tampa Waterside.
We understand that many member representatives were looking forward to being back together and the FEMSA and FAMA Board of Directors are extremely disappointed that the decision had to be made. Both Boards voted unanimously to cancel the event for the health and safety of our attendees, presenters, sponsors, and staff.
Meeting Registration Fees: Registration Fees will automatically be credited towards the 2022 Annual / Fall Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah. Please contact the appropriate association at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org for alternative arrangements.
Hotel Reservations: All rooms within the Annual/ Fall Conference room block will be automatically canceled. However, the hotel is unable to provide email confirmation of the cancelation. We recommend contacting The Westin Tampa Waterside directly, via the following phone number 813-229-5000, to confirm your room has been canceled. Cancelations must be made 72-hours prior to reservation arrival date/time to avoid a one-night room and tax cancelation fee.
Sponsorship: All 2021 Conference sponsors will have the option to receive a refund for their sponsorship or transfer to next year’s event scheduled for September 20-23, 2022 in Salt Lake City, UT.
