Jeff Dulin is the Strategic Advisor for National & Global Programs for the International Association of Fire Chiefs, where he oversees GIS projects, technology research, and data development tools for disaster response. Retiring as Deputy Chief after 33 years with the Charlotte Fire Department, Jeff has extensive experience in disaster management and homeland security, having deployed to numerous national disasters and serving as Deputy Operations Chief for the 2012 Democratic National Convention. He holds a BA in Fire Administration and a Master’s in Homeland Defense and National Security. Jeff has spoken and presented on emergency management issues internationally and plays a key role in developing national GIS platforms for real-time data sharing.
